ABOUT WOOD CHIPPER:
Drum Wood Chipper is special design for producing the high quality wood chips; It widely used in the raw material preparing factories of flake board (shaving board/particle board), fiberboard, paper making and wood chips making plant.The Drum Wood Chipper could chipping the wood logs, branches and twigs etc. into good wood chips with uniformity length, incision formation.
STRUCTURE PRINCIPLE:
The Drum Wood Chipper makes up of Main body, Roller set, Feeding rollers, Conveyor, hydraulic system; The main body adopts the high strength welded steel plate, which is the basic support of the machine. There are 2/3/4 Rotor Knives equipped on the Roller set by Press Plate which made of special bolt. Depends on the thickness of raw materials, the upper feeding roller could draw support from the hydraulic system to fluctuate; the qualified wood chips could pass from the Screener, discharging from the bottom of the wood chipper, the rest still need to processed inside.
FEATURES:
1.Available raw material: Wood logs, branches and twigs with moisture more than 15%.
2.Special material blade, with high strength and anti-abrasion. Free of any professional tool sharpener, low maintenance cost. It is branded to be the patent production of FDSP.
3.Knife roll is wholistic processing and is undertaken dynamic balance test to improve accuracy and stable operation. It can process larger diameter wood with its special structure.
4.Low power consumption, which is 20-30% lower than similar product in market.
5.Feeding system consists of feeding and squeezing parts:
Squeezing part is automatic controlled by hydraulic system; feeding system can be frequency controlled; PLC controls the whole feeding system to guarantee the smooth feeding.
The feeding system can prevent wood chipper from overload working, when it is overload, the material will be returned back. Separated tooth plates, with special structure, easy maintenance and low power.
6.Forging dead plate, with high strength and long service time.
7.Siemens motor.
