Product details

One-way plastic geogrid

The unidirectionally stretched geogrid is formed by extruding high molecular polymer into a thin plate, punching a regular mesh, and then stretching it longitudinally. In this process, the polymer becomes a oriented linear state and forms an oblong network-like integral structure with uniform distribution and high node strength. This kind of structure has quite high tensile strength and tensile modulus, especially our company's products of this kind have a high early stage (elongation rate of 2%-5%) tensile strength and tensile modulus beyond the international level . It provides the soil with an ideal interlocking system of force bearing and diffusion. The product has high tensile strength (>150Mpa), adapts to various soils, and is currently a widely used reinforcement material.

Features:

1. Enhancing the roadbed can effectively distribute the diffusion load, improve the stability and bearing capacity of the roadbed, and extend the service life;

2. Adding geogrid to the roadbed and surface layer of the highway can reduce deflection, reduce rutting, delay the appearance of cracks by 3-9 times, and reduce the thickness of the structural layer by 36%;

3. Prevent roadbed deformation and cracking caused by the loss of roadbed materials;

4. The construction is simple and quick, which can greatly reduce the construction cost.

5. Combining the spray-anchored concrete construction method for slope maintenance can not only save 30%-50% of the investment, but also shorten the construction period by more than one time;

6. Can bear greater alternating load;

7. Suitable for all kinds of soil, no need to obtain materials from different places, saving labor and time;

8. Improve the self-supporting capacity of the fill behind the retaining wall, reduce the earth pressure of the retaining wall, save costs, extend the service life, and reduce maintenance costs;
