There Are Four Types Of Overload Protection

1. Mechanical overload protection realizes overload protection through a mechanical switch connected to the lifting mechanism.For example, when the overload causes excessive tension on the wire rope anchor end of the hoist, the spring in the device will collapse, thus reversing the switch to cut off the electrical circuit and stop the lifting operation.

2. Electronic overload protection realizes overload protection through the current generated by the induction motor. When the current generated is too large, the lifting operation will be stopped.

3. The device with electronic/mechanical double overload protection is equipped with sensitive sensors, which can detect the slight deformation caused by the load and adjust the voltage according to the deviation.

4. The loop chain hoist overload protection device adopts the sliding clutch principle, just like a car in neutral.When overloading is detected and the torque is too high, the device automatically disconnects (the motor idles) and stops the lifting operation.
