This is a compact 640x512 MWIR (MCT) core, equipped with integrated sterling cooling machine (with metal micro-Dewar), a fully complementary structure with submicron Si-based CMOS ROIC, as well as an IR window, which can select special band from the optical system directly to the sensor.
